Shaving SE Safety Razor

Please note: For structural integrity, print the head on its side. Supports are not needed. This is a two-piece SE razor that uses Feather Pro blades. It's easy to print, but it does benefit from a well-calibrated printer. Two razor handles and one razor head are included in the STL set. A word of CAUTION: Razor blades are extremely sharp and should be used with care to avoid injury. This is a clamp style razor. The top cap is threaded, not the plate. The handle screws into the razor head closing the blade slot between the cap and the base. DO NOT over-tighten the handle (we're talking plastic here). Test the clamping force on the blade by inserting the blade halfway from the side, then lightly turn the handle and carefully pull on the blade to make sure it is securely clamped. This quick-check should give you an idea of how much to tighten the handle. Remember, this is a plastic razor and should be treated accordingly. To load, make sure the handle is loose. Hold razor head with blade guard pointing up. Insert blade from the side with the small indent (indent makes it easy to insert into the slot) and turn the handle to lock in place. Please post your makes. Enjoy
