Shearing Machine for Sheet metal

(This is updated project on 30th November,2015) Purpose : This shearing machine is used for cutting the drum which has uneven seam weld during welding. This machine is for cutting 16 gauge thick sheet drum which has 2 feet diameter and 3 feet length. It works on Hydraulics principle for that it include hydraulic cylinder of 100 mm bore, 50 mm piston rod diameter and 1 feet stroke. Working Pressure : 18-22 Kgf The 32(in)*43(in)*55.5(in) structure provide support for assembly. (structure made of 90 mm*90 mm square tube which has 4 mm thickness) It has also additional guide for accurate work and distribution of load and moment. Here, the different colors used for directing different component of whole system: blue : structure yellow : ends sky blue : structural support red : fixed cylinder and handle for cutting blade orange : dampers and guide (bearings and bearing contact slab) green : blade support white : blades and cylinder(piston rod, piston gland) black : seal and oaring
