This is a replacement sheet music stand for a Electronic Keyboard. In this case the 3D printed music stand will fit in a Yamaha PSR-400. The music stand is a modular design and can be configured in quite a few arrangements and lengths. The design is based around one vertical stand that simply repeats and slots into the keyboards original music stand slot. The vertical bars have three stair steps to allow stacking at even heights the horizontals. The horizontals come in two different lengths with three different slot withs to match the needed step location. Lastly there are 3 versions of bushings that match the 3 steps to allow various combos and keep the horizontal bars level. The parts are designed to slot and slide together with a somewhat snug fit. The gaps in the parts are about .025” so they should have no troubles fitting as long as the 3D printer is well calibrated. If need be some adjustment in the parts percentage size could allow for better assembly if your printer is having troubles producing parts that have good fits. The design is modular and can be assembled to any pattern and size desirable. If the stand needs to come off for moving frequently the parts should glue together with just a tiny bit of glue being the parts do fit together snugly.
