Okay, so the thing I hate most about shelf brackets…
We know that that angle bit adds much needed support; but that also makes it nearly impossible to get a screw in the top where it is desperately needed.

So this is a proof of concept.
By adding the angled support bracket after the main bracket is already attached to the wall, we avoid that annoying issue completely! and you don't have to compromise by putting the anchoring part above teh main bracket.

I have not printed this yet (although this version has been resized to fit on a 200mmx200mm print bed)
I hope to be able to use a CNC router to prove this concept in hardwood, perhaps Aluminum bracket with a wooden angle, that would look rlly cool if you ask me... but if you are bold, feel free to give it a try :D (also included the .f3d file for the super bold!)

I have also created a hollow spot near the back for cable runs… not sure if this is useful or if I am just over engineering this shelf bracket… it could even be a point of failure… time will tell.

feel free to lemme know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks, and Enjoy!
