Sheppach Compressor filter
prusaprinters

I was more than shocked, when I realized, that my new Scheppach HC24o compressor wich I bought today did't have filter on the intake Valve. This means that all kind of dirt can get sucked into the piston and destroy it (planned obsolescence). In order to extend the life of the compressor I decided to make my own filter with a 3D Printed mount and a simple sponge. This should prevent dust from getting to the piston and destroy it.

I honestly would recommend to print this out of metal since PLA is unable to withstand the heat

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

MakerBot

Printer:

MakerBot Replicator 2

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0,3

Infill:

100

Category: DIY
