This is my Home Made in Fusion 360 Adjustable pistol grip stock for a late model Sheridan Model C Blue Streak 5mm .20 cal Air Rifle. I named this design "JP" and the logo is inside the Pistol Grip. Pellet holder holds 25 5mm pellets. making an innocent hunting rifle into an Assault Rifle if painted black. Pistol Grip, High capacity magazine, black, etc, This might not be California Legal. Check your local laws. There're three positions 45 degrees apart on the pellet holder marked with 3 small icons on the wheel of the dispenser indicating "unlock" to remove it, "Lock" to lock it in place, and "pellet icon" where it opens just enough to dispense a pellet. I added a homemade spring from a pen and expanded it to serve the needs until a better replacement is found. To use it, Load magazine with pellets and insert it in the shaft and rotate it to lock. when ready to dispense rotate wheel clockwise 45 degrees and spring causes Holder to pop open about 1 inch. tilt rifle a bit and catch pellet in your hand, use thumb to press holder back in and rotate counterclockwise to lock Holder. It has adjustable shoulder length, Cheek rest and shoulder height. All parts were designed around M6 25mm fine thread Allen bolts and TN06 Tnuts, Which I had plenty laying around. This hardware is found in modular tubing shelves similar to flexpipe products. Anything similar will do as long as nut is of same size, no need to be a T-nut. There are 4 bolts I cut down to 12mm to 13 mm. for the cheek rest. I'm new to CAD and 3D printing, you will find my recommendations below for each part. I had to CHOP the model in 3 parts to fit it in my ender 3. I joined the parts with nut and bolts as per the pictures. To join these parts you need to have a long driver, I had a long drill bit that I shaped to fit the 5mm allen hole on the screws. For aesthetically pleasing results if you are not planning on finishing part it pays to know how to hide the seam. figuring the X and Y to place it at the bottom of the shaft. Also ironing in places other than the top causes artifacts on the following layer, like under extrusion line. the clamp is about the only part who would benefit from ironing; I chose Gyroid as the infill pattern and a dense 40% for strength. That and 4bwalls of eSun PLA+ resulted in solid looking parts. the front stock does not require that much infill so I chose 20%. Note: I uploaded a rounded shoulder pad model, I printed this using Tronxy Flexible TPU filament and it looks and works great, This should take some of the sting from the recoil.
