"Is there a problem officer?" -Me, last week Instructions Print with support material. I have had good luck printing the hat standing on its back rim with both Raft and Support turned on. Press the Star into the front of the hat, and push the gold trim down around the top. Use a heat gun to warm up the trim and shape it the brim of the hat. A helpful trick is to use small C-clamp to push the star into place.
