Sherline threading mod

This is a quick mod to the [Sherline lathe](https://www.sherline.com/product/40004100-lathe/) [thread cutting kit](https://www.sherline.com/product/3100-thread-cutting-attachment/). It provides replacement for the spindle hand-wheel and speed controller mount/belt guard. Using them allows mounting the gear banjo in front of the lathe rather then behind. The smaller mount allows the largest (127 tooth) gear to clear. The thread cutting attachment can then be mounted without removing the motor. No modifications to Sherline-provide components necessary. Everything can be mounted with the original hardware from the threading kit, including the handle from the handwheel. If you're braver than I am, you can machine a replacement wheel instead of the 3d printed one, though it's a bit large for the lathe. Parts can be printed without supports. For the controller mount - orient pieces with the flat side down. The left side has captive nuts - if you're having trouble printing that without supports, it may be necessary to generate them. Same for the inclusion in the handwheel. I've had decent luck on my printer without supports for all the parts. For assembly - just replace the control box mount/best guard with its replacement, using the original hardware. Same for the handwheel. Can use the handle from the original wheel. Notes: 1. 3d Printers have different tolerances. You may have to ream a few holes (a deburring tool works great for this on plastic). 1. The gears provide by Sherline aren't meant for high RPM usage. You could in theory use the thread cutting attachment under power at very low RPMs (or even use it as a power feed!), but I wouldn't advise it. 1. Take off the handwheel and disengage the gears for normal operation. The gear banjo can be left mounted to the lead screw, but disengaged from the spindle. Leaving the handwheel in places causes everything to wobble. I included the design files if anyone wants to make fixes (please let me know what's broken!) or modifications.
