prusaprinters
A resistant model designed to be built fast and used with comfort.
13 mm height and more 7 mm for low pressure and consequently comfort on the forehead without delay in fabrication.
1h15 and 27.6 g per unit.
Stackable for night production, even with the additional border (please, calibrate the extrusion multiplier first: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/extrusion-multiplier-calibration_2257) (files included).
The two bands (for the forehead and for the transparent shield) have ticker top and bottom and are connected by concordant symmetric arcs. These structural shapes reduce structure tensions and support forces in multiple directions, which is reinforced by the variable extrusion width in the internal arrangement.
Without logos nor corners (for easy disinfection), the design was developed from scratch based on an analysis of similar products and follow the Brazilian Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) specifications. It passed through long prototyping and was validated by health professionals.
Clear sheet (mold and technical drawing) included.
