We’re all wondering what we can do while the pandemic is striking harder and harder each day around us. Even though we aren’t on the front to help solve the situation out, besides staying home, we can support all our community members who keep our lives on track. They’re on their duty, sometimes scared, often overwhelmed but always focused on their mission. They’re no different than us, the virus can hit them pretty badly and the personal protection equipment is running low. We all should commit to protect those who serve us. Because our health care workers, nurses, doctors, EMTs and paramedics, firefighters, police officers, grocery cashiers, mail carriers, delivery workers are our day-to-day heroes, they need a Shield of Heroes. Based on the design by matt (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27313-visiere-extra-light?fbclid=IwAR1cK4hQj-W-0pBBFvZKF0RqYTRuHwvPZ85kE19ER40UAAbsnvRzCzWAmVE), Shield of Heroes is an optimized and easy to build face shield, using a standard A4 hole puncher. You can also use a 838 (2 holes puncher), by using setting "888". US Letter version uses the standard 3 holes of 5⁄16" spaced of 4 1⁄4" each. It requires just 12g of filament and prints in 35min with a 0.4mm nozzle, can fit 8 on a CR10 buildplate (310x310) or 5 on an Ender 3 buildplate (235x235). All that with a top cover. I was able to print 5 with a 0.6 nozzle on an Ender 3 in just 1h44. That's less than 21min each including printer heating. NOTE THAT US LETTER FORMAT IS A WIP AS I DON'T HAVE A HOLE PUNCHER OF THAT FORMAT MYSELF. Il existe 2 versions, une pour élastique ou une pour ruban. rubber band = élastique ordinaire (de bureau) strap = ruban réglable avec une boucle. Il faut imprimer 2 fois le fichier "buckle" pour chaque visière. La bande doit faire environ 45cm et 10mm de large maximum
