Shift Buckle for meander shaped stretch belt

This thing is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3835593 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3909930. The bucke is improved and much smaller. I had some problem that the buckle of thing 3909930 opened for its own under heavy load. The 20mm belt is included as a stl file in addition. This stl is much smaller than the belt from thing 3835593 and will therefore be calculated much quicker in cura. If you want a different width, I recommend to scale it by modifying the Z-factor inside your slicer program. The 20 mm belt can be scaled as follows: Z-factor -> resulting width 1.25 -> 25mm 1.50 -> 30mm 1.75 -> 35mm 2.00 -> 40mm 2.25 -> 45mm
