<p>I needed a very slight shim so that my z-axis stepper was slightly further away from the frame on my Ender3 V2. With the .4mm shim in place, my threaded rod is now an equal distance away from the frame at both the top and bottom.</p><p> </p><p>This takes about 2 minutes to print, and works as well as printing up a whole new piece.</p><p> </p><p>If you need more spacing, you could just stack them, or just increase the y-axis height in your slicer to whatever you need.</p>
