Shimano bottom bracket adapter

Shimano bottom bracket adapter

Bottom bracket adapter, equivalent to TL-FC25. Allows using a GxP wrench to attach/remove the smaller diameter Shimano bottom brackets. The inside fit is quite tight, but should loosen upon use. That´s also why I made a solid wall on one side, that allows tapping the BB cup for easier removal if it gets stuck. Print Settings Printer: XYZ Jr. 1.0 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 3mm Infill: 90% Notes: Just rotate so the opening faces up. No supports required. Feels pretty solid on PLA. How I Designed This Measured diameters from tool and Shimano bottom bracket, created design in Fusion 360 by creating radial patterns of the notches. Made a test print that resulted in the outside notches too small, so corrected by increasing the notch diameter and adding fillets, and offset by 11.25ª to allow for more rigidity.
