Here is my bachelor degree work. It was made on 2012. I was keeping it in the dark side of my PC until today. Probably it will look more nice here, in grabcad library.So about the work-1. It is screw type panamax ship unloader for bulk material. Example grains, fertilizers and etc.2. Was made calculations of vertical and horizontal screw drives. Expected performance from 347 t/h up to 533 t/h.3. Was made calculations of beam stress with ropes and hydraulic lifting system. According results was selected rope lifting device.4. Was designed rope lifting device.5. Was made calculations of telescopic hydraulic cylinder for bottom vertical screw conveyor lifting -turning device.6. Was calculated a lot of bearings load and selected from standards catalogues.7. Was calculated counterweight value for stable machine operation.8. Was made more smaller calculations and design procedures...The operator cabin was lend from this model TOWER CRANE -ASSEMBLY- .
