Test your printer's bed adhesion, stringing, and retraction as well as your patience with poor Shocky the Cat. This model was created by taking a quick sharpie sketch, scanning to .jpg and then converting it to a vector image file using Inkscape. The vector file was imported into Fusion360 and extruded to make a printable model. I sliced it in Cura, increased the initial layer height to 0.3mm, increased the retraction, turned off combing, set print speed to 70, and used seven lines in the skirt to get the extruder working smoothly. Printed on an Anycubic i3 Mega. I increased the grip on the print bed with hair spray for the very first time ever for this model. Fun print. I am going to spray him with flat black paint before mounting on my wall.
