Shogun Warriors Logo in relief

No male child of the 70s was completely happy unless we had one of these 24" tall Invincible guardians of world freedom! Most of us got maybe one, except that rich kid that had them all. No matter, I think most of these ended up being wrestling buddies or karate dummies for dexterity-challenged youth. I still think they are great, so I made a 3D logo that I think captures the effect of the original. The background of the badge, the border and the words are all at different heights so you can swap colors like I did in the photos. The photos are terrible but the mesh prints well. Even Diamos and Grendizer (the robot formerly known as Goldorak) agree! This badge is a winner! Print Settings Printer: Total custom rig Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Start with your background color -- once the border and the letters are the only parts of the print, switch to color #2. I extruded the letters just a bit, so if you are good you can swap colors again just near the end of your print to get a color contrast...and man do these colors contrast. How I Designed This Step 1 -- GIS for Shogun Warrior Logo Step 2 -- use it as the background for your 3D design Step 3 -- upload the design to Thingiverse with a bunch of snark Step 4 -- Profit! (still working on this one)
