This reduces a (nominal) 60 mm or 2.25" (standard) Shop Vac or similar hose down to 22 mm, which happens to be the diameter of the fill port of several large inflatable devices I own, including the Air Head brand towable tubes for behind a boat. With the hose on the exhaust port of the vacuum, inflating happens in a hurry. The vacuum side of the nozzle is slightly tapered. Watch your infill settings, since over-extruding will make it too tight. The fill side is also tapered, but fit matters less, since inflation ports are flexible. I printed at 100% infill. Thick walls make this part garage-level sturdy. While I expect PLA to work just fine, a higher-strength material may be optimal. WARNING - High speed air at the outlet. This nozzle restricts flow and boosts the air speed. Use with the caution normally associated with high-pressure air compressor nozzles.
