Swivel adapter for 2 1/2" shop vacuum hose. Keeps hose from twisting up as you move about your shop. Can be installed between vacuum and hose or hose and hand tool. Instructions Print out parts. No support is required. Extension was required to keep the swivel from binding on vacuum canister when used between vac and hose. Extension is not required if used at the tool end of the hose. You will need (33) 1/4" diameter steel or plastic ball bearings and (8) #4 x 1/2" sheet metal screws. Load the bearings between the inner and outer swivel parts (apply light grease if desired) and clamp in place with the ring and screws. I noticed very little if any vacuum leakage in use. I have included a STEP file and DXF cross sectional view for those with the ability and desire to modify the design for their own application.
