ShopBot Dust Collector Attachment

This is a dust-collector attachment for a ShopBot CNC machine. I have included model sizes for 2 inch outer diameter vacuum attachments through 6 inch, with 0.5 inch increments, all of which are STL and IPT (Inventor Part Files).To adjust the diameter to fit a different size hose or attachment, you can adjust the diameter under “Loft 1,” “Sketch4.” By double clicking there you can change the size of the circle, changing the outer diameter to whatever your need is.Longer screws are needed to attach the collector to the ShopBot. At our school we did add four more screws by drilling holes in the connector first then screwing them in. Pretty straight forward. Fits really well and works like a charm. It also doesn’t hang down low like I have seen some other models do. The upsweep in the back doesn’t send the hose back into the machine, but rather up and back nicely so any fastening hardware doesn’t hang down and scratch your work.
