short spool wheel for 8mm rod

This is a very quick and simple remix of the spool wheel that was included in the "Spool holder vertical for 2020 frame printers" (thing:2008079). I really liked how simple the actual spool wheel was. No bearings, no threads, just the spool wheel with an 8mm hole in the centre to slide right onto an 8mm threaded rod. This remix (if you can even call it that) just reduces the heightof the spool wheel from 40mm to 30mm so that two can be used with a standard 1kg spool without touching each other when tightened (standard 1kg spool is 65mm in width).Full credit must really go to ajwillia69 (https://www.thingiverse.com/ajwillia69/about) for the design.
