Shot blasting cabinet syphon with fluidising air

Syphons supplied with Shot Blasting cabinets just don't work properly in my opinion. This syphon is best used with either a regulated supply (only 5-10psi) or a pneumatic speed controller valve. The inlet to the fludising air is 1/4" BSP so that it can be printed, a 4mm supply tube is more than adequate. The outlet takes a Male/Male barb or you can print something to suit your hose. It's too easily damaged to include in the main print. The fluidising air uses a gallery that runs along the bottom of the feed pipe and also around the perimeter of the main body. There are 6 jets in all, each being 1mm diameter. This absolutely transformed my shot blasting cabinet, and now it's a joy to use. The air adjuster valve isn't really needed, but it might enable you to use it without the fludising air with some media. The adjuster and giant threads are all Metric Coarse sizes. I've also included the clips I've used to retain the flexible waterproof LED strip light using the various fixing bolts along the top of the back and around the window.
