I printed jpacifer's REV_B of JohnnyDanger's rycote clips, and davepix's mounting plate. I wanted to mount the plate to my hotshoe-GoPro style mount that came with my yongnuo lights. Davepix's mounting plate wouldn't fit, so I thought id make a remix of it. In the end, I just decided to uh. follow. the SM4r with it's hook for the XLR cables as well. My first attempt at fusion360, so I hope it works for you too! Screws and nuts are m3. The size of the hole for the nut was calibrated for my printer, so it might not fit yours..
