Shoulder Button Guide Hole
thingiverse
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on drilling holes for a shoulder button bracket, specifically designed to be printed flat rather than standing upright as my modeler mistakenly did. To print this design correctly, lay it flat to ensure accuracy. The shoulder button bracket should fit snugly into the area above the battery compartment, positioned between the wall and the lip towards the center of the device. For proper installation, align the flat end of the bracket against the side of the device, with the notch indicating which direction is up. Orientation is crucial for a secure fit. To drill the hole for the second button, flip the piece around, positioning the flat end against the wall again and ensuring that the notch faces upwards towards the center.
