Showcase Light for Ikea KALLAX

If you ever tried to use the Ikea KALLAX shelf unit as a showcase for your figures, etc., you'll probably find that the insde of the shelf is pretty dark. This is the design of a showcase light for KALLAX. The body of the light is basically a triangle. An LED strip can be placed on one side of the triangle so that it can light the insde of the shelf with 60 degree. The light should be attached (with mounting tapes) to the front-top edge of each cell of the shelf (see attached diagrams). If the light is printed using the same color as your shelf unit, it should hide itself perfectly. See the attached pictures for the final result, how the LED strip should be attached. Since the dimension of the cells of the KALLAX shelf is 335mm x 335mm, wider than most 3D printers, the light is splitted into two parts. Assemble them after printed. Some glue recommended. The uploaded STL files consists of three different versions: tenon, mortise, tenon-mortise. You can use them to create lights of any length.
