I saw a similar one of these on one of those "craft sites" for sale for some crazy silly amount, so I ended up just hiring someone to make me this file (yes I own full rights to the file) as I had planned to make 20-30 of them. Then I decided I would share the file with the world so anybody can print them and not have to pay that silly markup price. You'll have to get the suction cups (can't print those, yet) but otherwise, feel free to edit, improve, remux, whatever: I'm putting this out in public domain for non-commercial use. However, if you do happen to use / improve it, consider sharing it with the community or if you'd like, send me the updated files and I'll update the listing and give you credit. Cheers!
