Shower curtain rod holder. Designed for rod of up to 1" in diameter, the rod end (rubber feet attached at the end) can be up to 1.25" in diameter. I used #8 drywall screw with anchor to attach. The hole is quite tight, but works okay. You may also use double sided tape to fix to the wall.
