This is a holder for a common DC current shunt sold on amazon. Here's the one I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013PKYILS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The bolts hold it in place. Edit: I updated and added a smaller fastener version. Tip: use a longer bolt on the output side and a some washers.
