Shura katana (Fang)

This is a Fan made katana for a propmaker. (Cosplayer instagram down below) Shura's sword (Katana actually) [ooor demonic sword, as you wish, suit yourself =P ] from the anime Ao no exorcist. Ideal for a cosplayer Interesting Data: - Almost 1mt. long -The model deosn't have a sharp edge to avoid any kind of problems. (It could be sanded down) -The sheet of the katana is 1 cm thick. I choose so, to avoid any kind of unnecessary misunderstandings. You can make it look thinner by modifying either X or Y axis (depending on how you positionate the pieces) (pictures to come, it's still being printed 27/07/17 - let me know if i forget to upload pics xD) PIECES AND PRINTING GUIDE: The parts to be printed and it's positions are numbered from 1 to 9. The files "Cubo" and "cilindro" are used to check if the printer is correctly calibrated for a good snug fit of the parts that are inter-connected (I used Simplify3D -Horizontal size compensation with them to ensure I'd Have a good fit with the real pieces) All the pieces can be printed together at once, as long as you have a 20cmx20cm bed and at least 17,5cm height. I'd recommend to print as seen in the picture: (i sued a .5mm nozzle, have this in mind if you have a different size you will have to add more top/bot or wall) 3 types: * 2 top, bot and walls, plus 25% infill to ensure i'd be sanded easily and i'd be strong. (piece "3_defensa") *3 top, 2 bot, 1 outline, plus 15% infill, mainly to have a good strugcutre when joining the pieces or for hte cosplayer grabbing it. (1_mango,2_mango,4_pre-filo,5_hoja) * 3 tops, 2 bot and 2 walls, 0 infill, the 2 walls are strong enough and i'll make it lightweigh, plus moving the center of mass near the handle making it easier to handle.(6_hoja,7_hoja,8_hoja,9_hoja) COSPLAYER: Sofia Wrynn Big shout out to Sofi, who deared to use both props at the same time (Shura's katana and the True Cross, you can find it in my desings) Instagram: EDIT: Insta of sofi: www.instagram.com/sofi_wrynn/ she has some really good cosplays even though she is new to the cosplay world
