SiCK-68 arduino pro micro mod

This is a simple remix of the `lower_left` part of the great SiCK-68 keyboard, it allows you to use an Arduino Pro Micro instead of the Teensy 2.0 microcontroller. The micro-usb opening is smaller and fits just right. Personally I've "upgraded" the Pro Micro desoldering 2 resistors, in order to have 2 more pins available. [Guide here](https://golem.hu/guide/pro-micro-upgrade/). Pinout of the pro micro can be found [here](https://golem.hu/article/pro-micro-pinout/). I have also made the configuration for **QMK firmware** [here](https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/master/keyboards/handwired/sick68)
