side feet for Monoprice Maker Select Plus

After building the Z brace mod for the monoprice Maker Select Plus described on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2349318 It became apparent that I needed side feet adapters for the column braces, as the original article only had feet for the main table. Here is my simple solution, which uses two additional threaded glides so that the entire system can be level adjusted.
