Side Mount Fan Shroud for Makerfarm i3v Prusa

Another side mount fan shroud offering for the Makerfarm i3v series to work in conjunction with a e3d-v6 hot-end. Some vertical adjustability is incorporated into the mount, so it may work with other hot-ends, as well. Mounting requires no additional hardware, save for replacing the M3x16 screw with a M3x20 and adding a washer. I'm currently using the following fan and it's working well: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N1Y3OKA I've also included a mirrored version of the part should you want to run a shroud on both sides of the extruder. Use side_fan_l (pictured) for the left side (if facing the printer) and side_fan_r for it's counterpart. 1/30/17: Uploaded additional versions of the shroud with thicker fan and mounting faces.
