The collection sold here isn't optimized to be imported directly into a software like Unity but you can easily bake textures in 3Dsmax or Maya (with V-Ray installed) for their import. Unwrapped, shaded and textured models can simply be added to your scene - no smoothing needed, none of the Ngon mess. Textures can also be easily modified or replaced as needed.
