Side Wipe for CR-10 Tevo Tornado and Palette2 - E3D V6

I needed to 'move' the wipe area 10mm out after I upgraded my Tevo Tornado to an E3D V6, and I wanted the connection clap side thicker...(I've broken a couple on the original) Jasonmarr's design is excellent and works just perfectly for side wipe transitions. This is also very good for just 'normal' printing to wipe ooze when starting a print. I also added the addition of an M3x12 screw to the original slide. I was having an issue with the slide moving back and forth in the 20x20 channel .. and it was easier just to add the screw instead of remixing the slide design.
