This pack comprises a modular set of sidewalk (consisting of 30 separate meshes) saved in four different formats (.max, .obj, .fbx, and tbscene). It features five color options for textures that can be used for games, movies, virtual reality, advertising, render scenes, design, and more. Each element is made in real-world scale (in meters). Slab dimensions: Length - 0.5 m; Width - 0.5 m; Height - 0.045 m. You can delete non-visible polygons, adjust distances between slabs and curbs, and place them at different heights. Additional textures for Unity and Unreal Engine are also included. The archive contains basic materials for 3ds max and marmoset, rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3. Your feedback is appreciated! This model consists of 30 objects: Slab (8 pieces), slab access ramp (4 pieces), curb (5 pieces), curb access ramp (4 pieces), and anti-slip coating (9 pieces). Texture resolutions are 2048x2048 for sidewalk_set and 1024x1024 for anti_slip_coating, in TGA format. Textures include five color options (diffuse), gloss, metalness, normal, normal inv (invert green channel), and ao (ambient occlusion). There are also textures for Unity (specular metallic and normal inv) and Unreal Engine (roughness).
