Sidewinder X1 v4 AC Bed Strain Relief

Cable strain relief for the heated bed cable on the Artillery Sidewinder X1 v4 printers. This was inspired by the ["Artillery Sidewinder X1 ac bed heater strain relief and cable chain" from Skinah](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3863626) Unfortunately that one did not line up with the cabling on version 4 of the printer, being 8mm to far to the right and 8mm too low. So I used Fusion 360 to design a new arm with an updated angle to reposition the head and lightened the part given the extra height at the back. I modeled the top of the bracket to match the connections so it can be used with the cable chain from that Thing. Like the original this slips over the back right bed mounting arm and is open above and below to not touch either the spring or the adjustment knob. As such any movement on the strain relief arm can not translate to the bed leveling.
