This is not my original design, it's a modification based on Ethereal Project's design ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TPCdesemes ) Having these motor mounts drastically reduced wobble on thin and tall prints for me, i'd guess the original design would probably be even more rigid, but i didn't want to drill my gantry frame.
