A siding installation clip for 5/16" thickness siding (Hardieboard / fiber cement lap siding etc) that will maintain a 1.25" reveal. Not necessary to use an $80+ tool. Print several to account for some breakages. ~5 minute print time - resolution doesn't matter. Don't use brims, it can be hard to clean and mess with the dimensions on the saddles. Use 2 clips to hold a board in place on the first course Check for level Install 2 fasteners, about >32" from the clips Twisting the clip from the bottom, and slightly pulling the board out, the clip will be removed 1/8" thickness, so can be used to space between siding board and trim (check your install instructions for this first!)
