EDIT: I uploaded a better fitting and stronger version of the axis. I recommend to download the new one. This is the wheel for the basket of a Siemens dishwasher. The axis of mine broke, so I created that and the wheel on the computer to print my homemade service part. I recommend to print both with PETG. To get maximung strenght especially for the axis increase the amount of walls to 5. And then high infill. Align the axis to the print bed that way the axis itself is printed horizontally to get maximum strenght for the clamps that hold the part to the basket. Activate support. Choose 0.24 for support Z-distance for better remove. My settings: Layer height: 0.2 mm Nozzle Temp: 250° C Bed Temp: 70° C Print speed: 30 mm/s Fan Speed: 100% The part works really fine and it does a very good job. As good as or even better than the original one. Make your own experience. I printed both with a Creality CR-10S but I also did it with an Anet A8 with good results. I hope you have fun with it.
