This is a custom Sigan 210 frame kit. I bought a used original Sigan 210 V2 frame with all the carbon fiber and plastic parts but I didn't like the quality or sizes of the plastic parts. So I redesigned the sandwich parts, increased the spacing from 10mm to 12mm . I also designed printed a custom camera canopy. I like my quads to light up nicely so I created some nice lighting inserts for the sandwich to create some pretty neat lighting effects with RGB LEDs. I used MakerGeeks Raptor PLA which is a high temperature/high impact PLA that is far stronger than typical PLA or PETG, but I'm sure PETG or ABS would work really well too. Standard PLA might be a bit brittle and usually doesn't stand up to use on these flying machines. I also created some softmounting for the FC and motors and landing feet in a TPU, I used Nijatek Cheetah, for vibration control and a softer landings. Also in TPU is a slide on camera mount bracket. This worked well for me and I love the Sigan frame. There doesn't seem to be many around anymore, and parts are hard to come by. Hopefully this can help someone bring their Sigan back to life.
