Tactical Turret Cap for SightMark & VisionKing Scopes by Olin Coles Note: This cap fits multiple brands using identical turret knob design, such as SightMark and VisionKing. Other brands likely also exist. Purpose: Sightmark's "Triple Duty" series riflescope turrets offer only 7-1/2 MOA, which is not enough for engaging wide-ranging target distances. Additionally, the turret end count is an odd 7.5 MOA, making it difficult to keep count if you rotate past zero. The windage turret is identical, with an increasing value up to 7.5 MOA rather than separate left and right travel values. The tactical turret cap I've designed helps to solve these issues, while also giving better tactile feedback through a larger profile. Instructions: With the locking knob fully extended out, align the printed Tactical Turret Cap so that the inner splines match the cup notches on the Sightmark adjustment turret. Once the splines are centered to the notches, use reasonable force to press the cap evenly over the turret. Once the turret is in place, place a label (details below) under the knurled crown as illustrated, and mark the extended elevation numbers 8-15 MOA. Decal: The easiest method is to cut an adhesive decal approximately 91 mm long x 6 mm wide (maximum), placing the ends so the seams meet over the turret's '7' mark, and then hand marking the minutes and numbers. Each minute measures 12.25 mm apart.
