<h2><strong>BCN3D Sigmax + Voron = Sigron</strong></h2> Hey Everyone, this is my new IDEX 3D printer design. This is the start of my dream build that is an IDEX with a moving gantry. It has a 400 x 400 x 400ish build volume. The final build will be fully enclosed. My goal with this printer is to build a printer that can print every filament type (excluding PEI, etc.) with ease. I started with the BCN3D Sigmax R19 step file and modified the design to use aluminum extrusions and printed parts instead of aluminum sheet. I added 2 Voron Afterburner direct drive extruders and modified them to run on a single linear rail. I might try to use double linear rail for the x axis in the future. <h2><strong>Main Features:</strong></h2> IDEX Moving gantry All linear rails Large build volume Direct drive 3030 extrusion main frame 2040 extrusion gantry Any feedback is welcome.
