Air gun silencer designed for caliber available in caliber .177 (4,5 mm), 0.22 (5,5 mm), 0.25 (6,35 mm), 0.30 (7,62 mm). Fully functional, strong and dependable construction with outstanding sound moderating characteristics. The reflex design of the baffles is of a traditional style that is proven effective slowing down / reducing the velocity and the pressure of the air without disturbing the pellet. This design offers excellent and repeatable accuracy. The length, diameter and volume of the silencer are carefully calculated for optimal sound moderating characteristics while maintaining the dimensions/size in a compact format. The silencer is tested on multiple air gun types: PCP:s and high powered spring and gas ram air guns. For example: FX airguns, Hatsan, Weihrauch (Beeman R1 & R7 etc.), Zoraki Hp01. When used on PCP:s you will experience an incredible difference, makes your high powered PCP totally backyard friendly. For best results after 3D-printning clean the 1/2 “ UNF thread with a plug tap. Suitable printing material: PLA (best), ABS or polycarbonate. The silencer must be printed with the threads up (see picture 6). The angle of the baffles are 40 degrees - no support needed! Do use a build plate adhesion for stability. Layer height: 0,2 mm. Printing time around 12 hours. Videos on YouTube will be uploaded in the future with sound meter report. Constructed in Sweden by experienced machine engineers. This is not a full resolution/tolerance STL-model - not functional.
