Wash basin/sink dirty. Silent Hill style. This should look great in your project and there is also a non textured one available. You will need to use the autoconverted format and use 7zip this should extract the model perfectly. You will might need to do this with some of my other models. This model would also look great in the Sims 3 and Sims 4 and even Garry’s Mod although I am not really a person who can port models into games as I find this difficult at this moment and time.
