Print the axle from PLA, PETG or similar. I used 95% infill. Print slowly for better stability. Print the Wheel from TPU. I used 15% infill, 2 perimeters. The less infill, the softer the Wheel. Just Insert the axle with two 6700ZZ bearings and replace the wheel of your robot vacuum. No more trouble with tile grouts.
