This is an adaptor which will allow a Roland blade holder to be used in the Silhouette Cameo 4. These blade are easy to change out, and much less expensive than using new Silhouette ratchet blades. The blade holder I used can be found here, but you can also see the dimensions I took in the photos:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P8DMC2J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

There is one small modification that needs to be made for the adaptor to work, but it's very quick and easy. As you can see, the outer diameter of the blade holder flange is 15.8 mm - this needs to be no more than 15.5mm. Simply place it in the chuck of a drill (needs to be a common 1/2" chuck, and I wrapped a piece of paper around it to protect it from the jaws). Using a file or piece of sandpaper, simply machine it down to the correct dimension. It doesn't have to be precise - just 15.5mm or less. Took me less than a minute to do!

The knobs I designed do not have to be used, but I made it for easy reference of blade adjustment. The thread pitch I measured on the blade holder is .75mm, so each tick on the cap is just shy of 1/10 of a mm.

I've also designed a cap, which allows protection of the blade if you need to remove and store the blade holder while using another type of blade.

Edit: I added updated STL files for my MK2 design. Because I based the original design off the ratchet blade, which is designed for a blade depth of up to 1mm, when the Roland blade was extended for deeper materials (2mm foam for instance), the blade would drag on the material before making a cut. The 60 degree Roland blade theoretically has a max cut depth of 1.73mm, so I went ahead and moved the blade holder up by 1mm in my design for additional clearance. This should alleviate the issue when extending the blade past 1mm in depth.
