i had some Hightemp silicone leftover so i designed this simple silicone nozzle cleaner. modify your Start-Gcode so that the heated hotend wipes over the cleaner just before the print starts. The holder for the silicone part is mounted directly to the heatbed with one screw, so dont use PLA for this part, the holder is also a strain relief for the heatbed cable. The FreeCAD files are included so you can modify the parts for your printer
