Instructions: 1) Print without any support. 2) After printing, put the screw and tie the nut. 3) Fill the inside of the damper with silicone based sealant (Aquarium glue) and use a spatula or a knife to make the glue surface even. 4) Let the glue to set completely for a day5) carefully peal the thin upper part of the damper to expose the glue. Tip: using a little oil on the internal surface of the thin part before pouring the glue will help with detaching it. I have tried several materials under my printer to prevent the vibration being transferred to the table and reduce the noise. The material should be soft enough to isolate high frequency vibrations, but not too soft, it should not be slippery. I found the silicone based aquarium glue the most convenient option for me. The damper is to only shape the glue until it solidifies and also provides a way to connect it to the printer. Feel free to ask for modified versions.   I have initially shared this in Thingiverse http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3415412 I am sharing the design also here. ;)
