Silicone head kitchen spatula

This is a kitchen spatula with silicone head. The head is cast in a mold which consists of two identical parts that snap together (STL contains only one so it's easier to print one by one or in case one fails), however using a vice or some clip during drying is advised. The stick should be inserted into the mold while casting, it only fits the correct way. The stick should be ABS if you intend to use this for hot substances, or PLA if you don't want it to be easily dissolved by acetone and similar materials. The mold should be PLA to be smoother, but ABS could work too.The central part of the head comes out well if some silicone is applied directly to the parts of the mold facing the stick. The rest of the mold should be fully filled with silicone and try to avoid bubbles in it. Liquid soap or soap water is a good release agent. The silicone caulk is probably not food-certified, so use at your own risk. I personally use it to spread fake Elmer's glue on my hotbed as print adhesive.
