This cartoony Silver Surfer rig is made in Maya 2015. The rig is custom and will let you animate all the squash and stretch on the character. Textures are in the PNG format. The zip file comes with a project folder, so please set the project for the textures to show. Features of the rig: IK-FK spine that allows you to squash and stretch IK-FK stretch arms and legs Intuitive finger control system for the entire hand as well as individual digits Surf board is rigged, and can control the body or sit in the world freely Model is fully UV unwrapped, textured and comes with edited materials Detailed facial setup includes on-face sliders Character can be scaled up or down NOTES: Normal maps will need the file to be rendered with mental ray. The proxy rig will help speed up the rig in the timeline, and can be accessed through settings_CTRL. 3. The visibility of the surf board can be toggled by selecting settings_CTRL, and it can be made to control the body, or be kept free by working the ‘follow’ attribute on the surf board controller.
