Simple and sturdy camera gimbal - 688zz flanged bearing

Remixed peterkrull's design to use 688zz flanged bearings instead of the 608zz ones that they used. Probably work with non flanged 688zz bearings, flange is only 1.1mm of the 5mm thickness. Also remixed the handle to have 1/4"-20 hole and also made the core have 1/4"-20 threaded rod and a few pieces of aluminum for the pendulum. Reason was because I had the stuff on hand. Still uses same m4 hardware. Tested and working. Used to video house showings to show my wife while she was at work.
